Mobile Home Residents File Suit Over Evictions

Today, Craig Henry PLC filed suit on behalf of sixteen residents of mobile home parks throughout Kentucky.  Residents of these parks are being forced to sacrifice their mobile homes based on parking lot lease non-renewals, even when those monthly lease payments are current.  These baseless evictions are unfair and in direct violation of the Kentucky Consumer Protection Act.

More importantly, these unfair and baseless evictions are leaving countless Kentucky residents homeless.

Media coverage about the suit can be seen here: http://www.whas11.com/news/Mobile-home-park-residents-sue-owners-279600052.html.  And a copy of the suit can be found here: http://juryverdicts.net/blog/2014/10/17/trailer-park-blockbuster-class-action-filed-in-louisville/.

Owners of the mobile home lots claim the suit is baseless.  Countless Kentucky residents forced into homelessness because of those owners’ actions, however, disagree.  If you would like to know more about the suit, please give us a call.
