We’ve developed a tradition at Craig Henry of celebrating “House Days.”  Foreclosure defense is a large part of our firm’s work.  We utilize all aspects of federal and state statutes and regulations, along with Kentucky common law principles of contract and mortgage law, to defend our clients facing foreclosure.  And during litigation, we encourage our clients and their lenders to come to the negotiating table and work on a compromise.  When a judge rules in our clients’ favor, or when a lender agrees to stop the foreclosure process and give our clients a new loan, we mark the occasion with a House Day.  It’s when we learn that our client will get to stay in their home.  

Yesterday, our firm celebrated another House Day.  We’ve marked the occasion more than 75 times since we opened our doors in 2014.
