Craig Henry PLC, a downtown Louisville firm, seeks a part-time bookkeeper/office manager. We anticipate that this position will require 15-20 hours per week. Job duties include: preparing monthly client invoices, recording payments, paying invoices, maintaining accurate account balance information, working with the Firm’s accountants to prepare tax returns and issue 1099s. In addition, this individual is responsible for interacting with vendors regarding copier service, Internet service, office maintenance and so forth.
The ideal candidate will have proven job stability, excellent references, and substantial experience with QuickBooks, preferably in a law firm setting. Outstanding attention to detail is essential as is the ability to problem solve independently.
